Alexis Graboski

Graboski is a seasoned sewist and designer, with years of technical design school under their belt. They are well trained in illustration, fashion and costume design, pattern making, and industrial sewing. They are a self taught wig maker and stylist now working on sets of touring Broadway shows as wig stylist. Alexis has extensive experience as wardrobe coordinator and supervisor on film and fashion sets. They graduated from Pratt Institute in 2019 with a BFA in fashion design and double minor in art history, and literature and writing. In Graboski'‘s own personal work, they explore themes of gender and sexuality, as well as the retelling of history — with a particular love of the medieval. At the core of all their work Alexis values craft, narrative, and attention to detail.
